SITE HANDOVER COMPLETED FOR THE T%u00c2RGU MURES - T%u00c2RGU NEAMT HIGHWAY PROJECT Nurol LLC-OPC has commenced construction on the Al Reeman Phase 2 - Phase 3 Villas and Infrastructure Project (Fay Reeman II), commissioned by Aldar Projects PJSC. This extensive project spans a total built-up area of 262,368 m%u00b2 and includes the construction of 557 villas.The scope of work in Abu Dhabi encompasses the turnkey construction of 557 villas, perimeter walls, roads, traffic lights, landscaping, and comprehensive infrastructure works. The infrastructure elements include sewage, stormwater, potable water, drainage, and irrigation systems, as well as telecommunications networks, low- and high-voltage electrical cabling, street lighting, and gas systems. The project will proceed to deliver all components fully completed to the client.CONSTRUCTION OF AL REEMAN PHASE 2 - PHASE 3 VILLAS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT BEGINSThe T%u00e2rgu Mure%u0219 - T%u00e2rgu Neam%u021b Lot-1 Highway Design and Construction Project, tendered by the Romanian National Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR) on April 27, 2023, and officially contracted on February 29, 2024, had its site handover completed on May 31, 2024, marking the official start of the design phase. Valued at approximately USD 532 million, the project encompasses the construction of a 24.4 km, 2x2 lane highway, one operations and maintenance center, two service and parking areas, three interchanges, four road underpasses, 26.9 km of connecting roads, two steel bridges with a combined length of 343 meters, and 30 precast bridges spanning a total of 2,588 meters. The project timeline has been set at 30 months, with 6 months allocated for the design phase and 24 months for construction, aiming for a completion date of November 30, 2026.FEBRUARY 2025 36.
