The festival%u2019s opening ceremony featured a keynote address by Minister of Culture and Tourism Yusuf Tekin, who highlighted the significance of promoting T%u00fcrkiye%u2019s rich gastronomic heritage on a global scale. Sheraton Ankara%u2019s Executive Chef, Zeki A%u00e7%u0131k%u00f6z, actively contributed to the event as the President of the Turkish Chefs Federation (TAFED), underscoring the importance of showcasing Turkish culinary values on the international stage.
