Gebze - Orhangazi – İzmir

Motor way

The tender for the Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Motorway Project
(including İzmit Bay Crossing and Connection Roads) was
made on 9 April 2009 and the 22 years 4 months construction
and operation o§er was determined as the best and final.

Implementation Contract was signed on 27 September
2010 between General Directorate of Highways and OTOYOL
YATIRIM ve İŞLETME A.Ş. Following the signing of the
contract OTOYOL A.Ş. has started to construction with
the use of equity in line with Implementation Contract.
As of 5 June 2015, the entire financing requirement of the
Project has been completed. Construction works continue
to accelerate.

A total of approximately 8.062 personnel are employed
in the Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Motorway Project in the
direction of August 2017 month data.

A total of 433 km motorway is being constructed as 384 km
motorway and 49 km connection roads.

• Existing Bursa Ring Road (Open to Traªc): 21 km
• Total Motorway Main Body: 405 km
• Connection Roads: 49 km
• Intersection Roads: 140 Km
• Side Roads: 26 Km
