Works under NUROL’s contract commenced on 22.11.2011 with
the “Notice to Proceed”. Mobilization works are completed
on February 2012 and as end of December 2015, physical and
financial realization reached 100% level.

Within the project over 6 million m³ excavation and fill, over
90.000 m³ concrete and over 8.000 tonnes of structural
reinforcement works were completed.

Total works are shown on Table 1 in detail and quantitive
realizations as of end of December 2015 are shown on Table
2. Finishing works are under progress on main road service
and toll collections areas besides landscaping. Opening the
road to traffic is targeted by the end of January 2016. Junction
lightings, guardrail, Row fence, traffic signs and road
markings to be completed by NOMAYG(Employer) before the
road is opened to the traffic.
