          opportunities to the highest level and distributing business
          opportunities equally without any discrimination between

          Application of local people to suitable positions are encouraged and
          responded positively and candidates were supported via introduction
          to mining training programs, high school and university scholarships,
          internship experience, office management, computer and other skill
          development programs during the application process. Moreover,
