Determination of Mr. Nurettin, his intention to force us
through constructive criticism and encourage us to always
schedule an earlier date for the achievement of our goals was
very important. We now understand that Mr. Erol’s warnings
to us about always act by considering the future as well as
hisconservative manner was a great asset to our company.
I have to say that Mr. Erol played an important role
in helping us to discipline ourselves. Mr. Oğuz’s close
observation about how gold mining was a popular sector in
the İstanbul market was an encouraging factor for us.
