Nurol LLC’s has been awarded recently “Golf View Apartments”
project located at Plot GA09 forming part of Dubai South
Development of Emaar located within the 124sq.km development
Dubai World Central, in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The project comprises of
construction and completion of 47.187m three numbers residential

buildings and 14 units Town Houses of contemporary architectural
design consisting of G+P+10+R Block A, G+P+7+R Block A1 and
G+P+11+R Block B over common podium structures for car parking,
amenity facilities, storage and circulation areas including hard and
soft landscaping works.
In addition to this, additional Mock-up Room and Site O©ces of
Emaar Dubai South DWC LLC at Plot GC-M1 will be constructed
th
under this contract. The project is commenced on 28 August
th
2017 and planned to be completed by 28 August 2019. Emaar
Development PJSC is the Development Manager, Emaar Dubai
South DWC LLC is the Employer, Thomas and Anderson is the
Cost Consultant, Mace is the Project Management Company where
Khatib & Alami is the Consultant of the project.
