The Cove Project

Nurol LLC’s has been awarded recently “The
Cove” project located at Plot A.020 forming part
of Dubai Creek Harbour Development of Emaar
which has direct view to Burj Khalifa skyline and
will have the view of the kilometer Tower at Dubai
Creek Harbour, soon to be the tallest observation
tower in the world. The project comprises of

construction and completion of 76.136m three
number residential towers of contemporary
architectural design consisting G+M+9+R Block
C, G+21+R Block D and G+6+R Block J over
common podium with 2 underground basement
structures for car parking, amenity facilities,
storage and circulation areas including hard and
soft landscaping works that has fully integrated
landscaped public realm and has direct access to
the boulevard and waterfront marina promenade.

The project is commenced on 26 October
th
2017 and planned to be completed by 26th
October 2019. Emaar Development PJSC is the
Development Manager, The Lagoon Phase One
LLC is the Employer, NEA is the Cost Consultant,
where Broadway Malyan Ltd. is the Engineer of
the project.
