Most recently, Nurol LLC has been awarded
another high-end residential project next to
the Cove forming part of Dubai Creek Harbour
Development of Emaar which also have direct
view of Burj Khalifa skyline and will have the
view of kilometer tall “The Tower” at Dubai Creek
Harbour, soon will be the tallest observation
tower in the world. The project comprises of
construction construction and completion
of 100.889m two towers of contemporary

architectural design consisting G+M+37+2R
(tower1) and G+M+30F+2R (tower2) over 2
common podium with 2 underground basement
structures for car parking, amenity facilties,
storage and circulation areas including hard and
soft landscaping works that has fully integrated
landscaped public realm and has direct access to
the boulevard and marina promenade.
The project is commenced on 3 December 2017

and planned to be completed 3 April 2020.

Manager, The Lagoon Phase One LLC is the
Client, JLL is the Cost Consultant where Norr
Architect is the Consultant of the project.
