Nurol LLC’s has successfully completed “Fairmont Sta§ Accommodation” project located
at forming part of Fairmont Hotel Facilities located in Dubai. The project comprises of
construction and completion of 7.405m sta§ accommodation buildings consisting 84

units implemented by pre-cast concreting method. This fast-track project has been

commenced on 24 August 2016 and successfully completed on 9 November 2017. The
Private O©ce of HH Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Employer
where NEXT Engineering Consultants is the Consultant of the project.
