ISSUEAs part of our corporate culture's commitment to total quality, operational excellence, teamwork, and a constant pursuit of improvement, we strive to incorporate our competencies into our culture, learn from one another, review our processes, create impact, secure the future, and ensure sustainability. In line with these objectives, the year 2023 was evaluated, and plans for 2024 were made. This year's Quality Group Meeting was hosted by Nurol Teknoloji. Additionally, the meeting focused on \ testing capabilities and competencies,\centered on creating value by achieving reliable and sustainable success through standard practices aligned with our current and future ecosystem and emerging technologies. The event included valuable participation from the esteemed managers and experts of FNSS, Nurol Makina, Nurol %u0130n%u015faat, and T%u00dcMAD. After the meeting, plaques were presented as tokens of appreciation to our company representatives who delivered presentations, recognizing their contributions.Hosted by Nurol Holding, with the participation of our esteemed quality management representatives from Nurol Makina, FNSS, T%u00dcMAD, Nurol Teknoloji, and Nurol %u0130n%u015faat, reviews and evaluations for the 2024 meetings IMS EXCELLENCE AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT GROUP MEETINGS  QUALITY PRACTICES and workshops were conducted, and comprehensive planning for these events was finalized. As part of this initiative, a meeting hosted by FNSS focused on the theme of Digitization, covering the application of digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) in various company activities. Discussions delved into topics such as robotics, AI-powered quality assurance in production, and process optimization. It was emphasized that digitalization simplifies data storage and sharing, enhances agility and operational efficiency, and inevitably drives the improvement of business processes when advanced analytical technologies like AI are implemented. Furthermore, it was highlighted that AI and big data analytics enable faster and more accurate data processing, empowering businesses to make betterinformed decisions. This approach accelerates internal processes, allows employees to focus on more strategic tasks, and fosters stronger interactions with customers.As part of the NUROL Quality Management Group, a QDMS workshop was held at Sheraton Hotel Ankara, focusing on the implementation of QDMS modules across our companies.
