With the awareness that education is the most valuable gift for our children%u2019s future, Nurol %u0130n%u015faat hosted TO%u00c7EV representatives on May 23 and organized a seminar where valuable insights were shared. The seminar, held to reinforce employees%u2019 sense of social responsibility and contribute to society, provided a comprehensive introduction to TO%u00c7EV%u2019s projects and raised awareness about ways to support these initiatives.In March 2023, Nurol %u0130n%u015faat, under the guidance of Eda %u00c7arm%u0131kl%u0131 and in collaboration with Joint Idea, embarked on a personal development journey that concluded in June 2024 with a comprehensive program consisting of 18 different training sessions. This journey, which began with the %u201cI am Living: I Make the Best of My Life%u201d training, was designed as a two-phase structure aimed at enhancing leadership and management skills. The first six training sessions were open to all employees, while the remaining 12 sessions were specifically tailored for managers and senior executives. The program covered topics such as Recognition and Appreciation, Inclusive Leadership, and Persuasion and Negotiation, fostering contemporary leadership skills and inclusive, effective communication competencies. This valuable development journey concluded on June 3, 2024, with the %u201cSustainability and Social Impact%u201d training, offering significant personal and professional benefits to Nurol %u0130n%u015faat employees.Nurol %u0130n%u015faat continues to take meaningful steps toward greening the planet, recognizing the importance of contributing to the environment and raising awareness. To mark June 5, World Environment Day, specially designed mini planting kits were placed in the common areas of the headquarters to strengthen environmental consciousness. These kits, containing a pot made from upcycled coffee grounds, soil, water, and seeds, gave employees the chance to grow their own plants.
