A comprehensive online training session was organized to cover the development of greenhouse gas inventories, accurate classification, and calculation of emissions in line with the TS EN ISO 14064-1:2019 standard. On the first day of the training, participants were provided with an overview of the relevant standard, while the second day focused on practical applications through sample greenhouse gas emission calculations to reinforce the knowledge gained. This training aimed to raise environmental awareness and support efforts to reduce the company%u2019s carbon footprint.The corporate psychological talk titled %u201cBeing a Woman in the Home-Work-Life Triangle%u201d explored the challenges women face in balancing home, work, and personal life. The session emphasized the critical role of psychological resilience in overcoming these difficulties and provided participants with strategies to achieve balance. In addition to the frequently debated %u201cSuperwoman%u201d ideal, the event also explored various significant topics related to women's roles and responsibilities in different areas of life. An interactive environment was fostered, encouraging participants to share their views and experiences on these issues. This exchange of perspectives helped highlight diverse viewpoints and raised broader awareness of the topic.Nurol %u0130n%u015faat has published the Suggestion, Complaint, and Feedback Guide, which outlines the mechanisms for submitting suggestions, complaints, and feedback. Through the forms included in the guide, stakeholders can easily provide feedback%u2014anonymously if preferred%u2014on various topics, including the environment, occupational health and safety, road traffic safety, ethics, public health, as well as social and economic issues. The guide is designed to enable the more effective and transparent management of feedback processes. It ensures that all feedback is systematically and meticulously evaluated by the company%u2019s relevant departments. This guide embodies Nurol %u0130n%u015faat's commitment to adopting a more inclusive and accountable approach in its decision-making processes, reflecting the importance it places on stakeholder feedback.
