At the %u0130vrindi Facility, comprehensive rehabilitation efforts are underway to restore ecosystems and ensure environmental sustainability in areas where mining activities have ceased. As part of these efforts, three greenhouses have been established to protect native species and increase local plant diversity. In these greenhouses, meticulous work is being carried out to grow native plant species from seed, ensuring their compatibility with the local ecosystem. The cultivation process is carefully planned and implemented to allow the plants to thrive in conditions that mimic their natural habitats. By considering the characteristics and ecological needs of local plant species, optimal climate and soil conditions have been created within the greenhouses. The goal is to rehabilitate degraded land following mining activities and restore natural vegetation, thereby contributing to the region%u2019s biodiversity. These initiatives reflect our commitment to environmental responsibility and are seen as a significant step toward sustainable mining and the preservation of natural ecosystems for the future.NATIVE SPECIES CULTIVATION15
