         EMPOWERMENT PRINCIPLES –

         WEP’S




         In August 2023, Nurol Holding became a signatory to the
         Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a joint initiative
         of  UN  Women  and  the  UN  Global  Compact,  aimed  at
         empowering women in all areas and at all levels of economic
         life,  and  promoting  gender  equality.  Our  objective  is  to
         improve  our consolidated  score,  determined using  the
         Gender-Responsive  Procurement  (GRP)  assessment  tool
         to evaluate the current status of our Group Companies
         on Gender-Responsive Procurement issues, as part of our
         process of establishing robust gender equality strategies
         and goals.



         ISO 50001 ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION
         AND AWARENESS TRAINING




         As Nurol Holding, we have received the ISO 50001:2018   company employees. The training covered various topics

         We  participated  in  the  UN  Global  Compact  Türkiye
         Diversity  and  Inclusion  Workshops  with  representatives
         from  Nurol  Holding  and  our  relevant  companies.  The
         workshops provide the opportunity to evaluate diversity
         and inclusion practices within companies and to facilitate
         the implementation of policies and action plans, based
         on the policies and practices specified in the UN Global
         Compact  Türkiye  Business  Diversity  and  Inclusion
         Guidelines.
