The Abu Dhabi Marina Mall with its exuberant social and commercial success since its opening was planning to expand its
merchandise and recreational and utility services, under the worthwhile investment of National Investments Corporation (NIC).
The latest proposed expansion will consist of a food island plaza, an entertainment city, food court, department stores, increase
in retail facilities, increase in car parking facilities, additional service apartment and oªce towers.
Proposed development is primarily divided into two parts, south side of the Mall and north side of the Mall. Nurol was awarded
Marina District The scope of works comprised of the followings but not limited to:
the Utilities Diversion Package to assimilate the interface requisites.
Construction, completion and remedying of any defects there in of the Diversion of Services and Access Mitigation

Diversion of Existing Services, Etisalat, 11kV, Sewerage, Storm Water, Potable Water, Chillled Water (Tabreed), LPG and
· Works-South Mall.
Deep Utilities & Associated Works · Irrigation networks.
Construction of Temporary Loading/Unloading Area for Marina Mall.
· Construction of LPG Tanks and demolishing of existing LPG Tanks.
· Enlargement of existing CCTV Room.
· Construction of Fuel Tank Rooms including MEP works and Fuel tank installation.
· Construction of New Ramp and demolishing of existing ramp.
· Construction of Truck Waiting Area .
· Demolishing Works.
M/s Nurol has successfully completed the majority of the works amidst the complexities involved in confined space of a very
active and operational shopping mall.
