he Nurol Park will be constructed on an area of 55.000 m2 and the
project will include nearly 70 cafes and stores as well as office block
with 20.000 m2 as well as apartments. The Nurol Park will consist
of 154 residences, 84 loft and 880 tower apartments. The project
Twill give place to the apartments from 1+1 to 4+1 in different
alternatives for all housing tastes and needs.

Having purchased the area, on which Hürriyet Media Towers were located,
for 127,5 million dollars, the Nurol REIT now makes an investment of 340
million dollars in total for the project. The project is expected to be completed
with all of the functions in the first quarter of 2016. The apartment with the
lowest price in the Nurol Park will be offered for sale for 316.000 Turkish
Liras.

An integrated project that is not alienated from the city life

The Nurol REIT General Manager Musa Aykaç underlined that they produced
their real estate projects by looking into the lifestyle of the century
and the metropolitan needs and they designed the Nurol Park as a “Life
Valley” where Life Trees will blossom, yield fruit and take root, which
will be built on an area of 55.000 m2 in İstanbul Güneşli. Aykaç also said,
“Nurol Park will embrace a combination of modern living and nature. We
see that communication among people is weakening due to the worsening
life conditions and some other reasons introduced with the modern life.
Therefore, we want to revive in our Nurol Park project the neighbourhood
fabric of the past in which neighbours stayed in touch with each other all
the time. In the Nurol Park, which is a completely unique project, there will
also be social areas, courtyards and terrace areas. We will use a large portion
24 000 m2 of our project for landscape. In our Nurol Park project, we offer
payment plans with attractive conditions and “we do not include the VAT
amounts in the prices of apartments but we pay them for consumers”.
