The Gama- Nurol Joint Venture, comprising of GAMA Who were the partners and what was Nurol’s share in
Endüstri Tesisleri İmalat ve Montaj A.Ş. and NUROL İnşaat the project?
ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established on 01.10.2003 in order
to perform the “Marmaray Project Contract BC1 Railway Japanese partner of Gama- Nurol in the project is Taisei
Bosphorus Tube Crossing, Tunnels and Stations.” Corporation which has 75% share of the liability. Liability
share of the joint venture is defined as %25 and this share
is equally allocated to the two companies (12.5% each).
