Nurol Supply Process
Management Workshop

During our workshop, which was attended
by esteemed managers and experts from
Nurol Holding, FNSS, Nurol Makina, BNA
and Nurol Technologies, all configuration
management processes were tabled
for discussion, including configuration
requirements in the defense sector, end-
use expectations, a needs analysis of
our companies, standard requirements,
configuration identification, configuration
elements, configuration control,
engineering changes, and physical-
functional configuration inspections.
Those involved also analyzed the SAE-
EIA-649C standard, which explains basic
principles of configuration management
steering configuration applications in
the sector, with the ultimate aim being
to ensure greater effectiveness of our
applications.
Nurol Configuration Management
Our second workshop, held under the banner Workshop
of Supply Process (i.e. control of imported
processes, products and services), which is
one of the most significant requirements
in the international standards, was held
in Sheraton Hotel Ankara on July 25, 2019.
During the workshop, which was attended
by esteemed managers and experts from
FNSS, Nurol Makina, Nurol Technologies,
Nurol Construction, TÜMAD and BNA,
such topics as supplier assessments
and risk analyses, the identification
and ranking of criteria, the purchase of
hazardous substances and chemicals,
scoring and weighted averages, monitoring
performance and re-assessment, and
analyzed case studies were discussed.
Furthermore, we organized exclusive
internal auditor training courses for Nurol
Holding companies and for the BNA
company, during which the AS9100D
standard, i.e. quality management
system requirements for aviation,
space and defense organizations, was Nurol - BNA AS9100D Internal
discussed. Additionally, we continue to Auditor Training Courses
organize integrated management system
awareness-raising training.
