As the Nurol Holding Integrated Management Systems Excellence and Sustainability Group, we held our 10 meeting under
the auspices of FNSS on April 12, 2019, with the objectives of incorporating our corporate culture into our skills, of achieving
progress by drawing strength from each other, and of winning the future by making a difference, all based on a total quality
approach that is part of our corporate culture. During the meeting we discussed Excellence model tools and the Process
Management Model, which is vital in today’s management systems. We also celebrated our tenth meeting with a surprise
cake prepared by FNSS.
Aside from these quality meetings, we have initiated workshops moderated by internal experts with the aim of further increasing
our efforts to add value through the lessons we learn from each other. Our first workshop on Configuration Management, as
a significant requirement of the defense sector, was organized at Sheraton Hotel Ankara on June 26, 2019. Configuration
management is highly significant for the products being offered to the defense sector, being used to verify that products have
been designed and produced in accordance with pre-determined functional and physical features, and making it possible to
access such details throughout the lifecycle of these products. It also supports such factors as producibility, reliability, quality,
maintenance and repair, and replaceability ensuring the effectiveness and affordability of the products.
