Our work friends,

Having authored many highly successful and quality projects throughout our corporate
history spanning half a century, we at NUROL Holding have always paid great attention in
ensuring sustainability for the future.

To support this approach also in the international arena, we signed the United Nations
Global Compact in 2018.

As required by this agreement, we prepared a Sustainability Report that details our
Group's social, environmental, economic and management performance.

In this context:

With the contribution of our group companies NUROL Holding, NUROL Construction,
NUROL Makina, FNSS Savunma Sistemleri, NUROL Technology and TÜMAD Mining, we
established a Sustainability Working Group, the first report of which was published as a
result of their dedicated efforts.

The said report has subsequently been approved internationally by the "Global Reporting
Initiative (GRI)".

I would like to thank all members of the Sustainability Working Group and all members of
the Nurol Family who, from the past to the present, have taken great care in the
implementation of our practices related to the environment, recycling, energy saving, and
occupational health and safety. It is my firm belief that we will continue all our works in
the future with the same level of sensitivity in these matters.
