We know that you are giving great importance to R&D
activities. What can you tell us about these activities?

Especially after the commencement of our Gölbaşı premises,
we have established a special working space in the factory for
Research & Development Department. Tests and analysis can
be carried out easily and quickly without the necessity to wait
for the end of production process in this department. Upon a
new decision, we have decided to establish our company’s R&D
center in 2019. Due to necessity of observation of our products
by recognized companies of the world and clear understanding
of technologies trends, we have determined short and medium
term R&D projects. We benefit from state support for resource
allocation in some of our projects. We have made required
applications for Scientific and Technological Research Council
of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) – National Boron Research Institute
(BOREN) and Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) sources
and we achieved to receive supports for some of our projects
within this context. We have been carrying out joint studies
with FNSS and SSB within the context of vehicle armoring
R&D. In addition, R&D studies concerning cam and missile
lens in single crystal structure which can be produced only by
two companies in our country and in the world, continue with
