TIES WITH GEORGIA GROWING STRONGER
Nurettin ÇARMIKLI, Chairman of the Board of Nurol Holding, has met with Maya TSKITISHVILI, Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development
and Infrastructure of Georgia; and Iraklı KARSELADZE, First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, and Chairman of the
Roads Department of Georgia.

Speaking at their meeting, ÇARMIKLI said that he had taken a deep interest in Georgia for many years with numerous investments in the country, adding
that it was crucial to further the bilateral relations that have reached their highest level ever in the past couple of years. He also stressed that this
cooperation should be maintained. A brief presentation was made about Nurol İnşaat at the meeting.

Minister TSKITISHVILI and Deputy Minister KARSELADZE said that they were extremely pleased with the meeting, and that they were happy to see
bilateral relations making even further progress, applauding Nurol İnşaat’s involvement in recent infrastructure and road projects.

NUROL COMPANIES IN FORTUNE 500
In the “Fortune 500 Turkey” list issued by Fortune Magazine, Nurol Makina
ranked second among companies that have witnessed the largest increases
in exports, and first in terms of equity turnover. The rankings of the Nurol
companies that secured a place on the list are as follows:
• 101st place - Nurol İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş.
• 255th place - FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş.
• 349th place - Otoyol Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş.
• 415th place - Nurol Makina ve Sanayi A.Ş.
