How would you describe yourself? What would you say are
your positive and negative traits?
First of all, I am hardworking, I have a leader spirit, I have a sense
of responsibility, I am fair, and I am very social.
Regarding my negative traits, I can say that I am quick-tempered
and nervous. I react immediately, but it’s only like a soap bubble;
I can quickly return to my previous mood. I am also stubborn.
Could you tell us something about yourself that may surprise
us?
Sure. I write poems, but I don’t show them to anyone. I used to
write more in the past, but I still write from time to time. Yelin KEMAHLI, Ayşe KULİN, Gamze KEMAHLI

favourite among her novels is “Sevdalinka”. As a quite experienced and successful executive, what
recommendations would you make to young candidates?
They shouldn’t refrain from working 24 hours a day. When they
are still young and single and without children, their priority
should be their job. They should ask if they don’t understand
something and should investigate until they fully understand it.
They should not only investigate but also read the relevant
literature. Instead of denying their mistakes, they should learn
from them and do their best not to repeat them. They should
have a fluency in a foreign language that is equal to their mother
tongue. They should attach importance to team spirit. They
shouldn’t show o§, but work. They should always be honest,
polite and a little humorous.
Is there anything you would like to add?
I don’t think my autobiography would be as comprehensive as
this interview…
We would like to express our thanks to our Executive Board
Member for providing us with such valuable answers.
