NUROL MAKINA HAS BEEN QUALIFIED

WITH R&D CENTER CERTIFICATE

Reduction of the minimum number of personnel to 30 and by means of Board of Directors Resolution, the application
process has commenced. During the said application process, detailed administrative, financial and physical
information had been transferred about not only Nurol Makina R&D department but also completed, conducted and
planned projects, through the R&D Centers’ Portal of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.

The Inpection Team formed from Professors who had been charged with a duty of the Audit Arbitration Board by
the Ministry, from the Universities located outside of Ankara, had visited our company at different times. The
visitors, with the detailed introductions, kept informed on Nurol Makina, the R&D Department and the Projects. The
audit had been carried out following the introductions of the R&D Department. After the completion of the audit
by the academics, the questions of the members of the Evaluation and Inspection Commission, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin
BAYRAKÇEKEN, Prof. Dr. Mehmet UÇAR, Semih Volkan BAYRAKTAR, Ali ERAY and Mithat KAYA who had been
charged with a duty by the Ministry were negotiated & answered during their visit to Nurol Makina Company and the
factory and, the R&D Department had been rechecked.

Subsequent to these audits, Nurol Makina has deserved to get R&D Center Certificate with the meeting being held
in Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology by the members of the Evaluation and Inspection Commission.
