The Sheraton Batumi Hotel is the
first 5 star hotel in Batumi. The
Sheraton Batumi Hotel has been
continuing its activities with its 202
rooms, 1 King Room, SPA, indoor &
outdoor pool, Health Club, Turkish
bath and the ball room for 1.500
persons, 6 Meeting Rooms, since
April 2010.

Beside, at the Rustavali Street that is
the most important street in Batumi,
our Batumi Nurol Housing consist of
54 flats and 3 shops continue their
sale as the most prestigious building.
Our 6.423 m² Residence was comp-
leted in 2011. Our project continuing
its sales as Batumi Nurol Housing, 26
flats and 1 shop have been sold so far
and rest of the flats and shops have
been rented.

Further, by means of our Nurol Georgia LLC Firm, public procurements and other contracting works are pursued. By the Nurol
Georgia LLC Firm; Tiflis, the Tiflis Police Station Project was completed in 2009 and delivered to the Georgia Government.
The project, is a unique special project by having the façade with more than 3.600 glass elements are in different size and
angle is located on approximately 12.000 m closed area.
