TAI PAL TEST SYSTEM
Design, manufacture, installation and test
works of “PAL Test System Support Structure and
Integration” and “PAL Test System Control and
Integration” contracts, signed in August 2011 and
in October 2011 between TAI Turkish Aerospace
Industries, Inc. (TUSAŞ) and Nurol Machinery and
Industry Co. Inc. / Steel Division, were completed
respectively in April 2012 and in July 2012.

Also the rotating parts of the supporting struc-
ture that are designed by TAI were manufactured
in Nurol Machinery and Industry Co. Inc. / Machin-
ery Division within the Support Structure contract.
Since May 24, 2012, TAI has been carrying out the
tests of design and blades and rotors by using PAL
Test System and the manufacture of these blades
and rotors belong to them. Transfer, torque, vi-
bration and temperature values obtained from a
computer-controlled system are recorded in the
computer.

MANUFACTURES OF COOLING TOWER OF
ENERJİSA TUFANBEYLİ THERMAL POWER
PLANT
The contract signed between SKEC Anadolu
Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd. and Nurol
Machinery and Industry Co. Inc. / Steel Division in
June 2012 involves the cooling tower, underground
water reservoirs and the water pipes. The control
of 390 tons of manufacture which is designed by
Hungarian company GEA EGI, expert in cooling
towers, is carried out by GEA EGI staff. The manu-
facture is now finished and the shipment is going
to be brought to a completion in the end of No-
vember 2012.

MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION OF
STEEL CONSTRUCTION OF FNSS R&D BUILDING
WORKSHOPS
Within the scope of “Construction of R&D
Building and Workshops” which belongs to the
FNSS Defence Systems Co., manufacture and in-
stallations of 260 tons of steel construction were
finished and delivered.

CONSTRUCTION OF STORAGE BUILDING AND
ADDITIONAL PENTHOUSE FOR FNSS
Within the scope of “Construction of Storage
Building and Additional Penthouse” for the FNSS
Defence Systems Co., manufacture and installa-
tions of 50 tons of steel construction and roofing
and façade lining were finished and delivered.
