NUROL TEKNOLOJ%u0130: \OUR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL BULLETINSTo instill a strong awareness of occupational health and safety, foster a culture of safety, and emphasize that workplace safety is a collective responsibility, Nurol Teknoloji organized a quiz competition and a puzzle activity. These initiatives were designed to encourage teamwork in workplace safety, enabling employees to collaborate and work toward a shared goal. Additionally, the activities aimed to emphasize the importance of communication in workplace safety and enhance interaction among employees. The quiz competition was conducted to assess the organization's safety culture and evaluate employees' knowledge of occupational health and safety. The results of the competition provided valuable insights into areas where safety awareness is strong and where improvements are needed. This allowed Nurol Teknoloji to identify key areas for development and implement strategic steps to further enhance workplace safety awareness.The Occupational Safety and Environmental Bulletins, published monthly, aim to share our company%u2019s efforts and insights in these two critical areas with all employees. Beyond facilitating information sharing, these bulletins also contribute to building corporate memory. This year, the bulletins have focused on topics such as environmental pollution, recycling, the availability of usable water on Earth, personal protective equipment, emergency management, chemical labeling, and the 5S methodology in workplace safety. Through these publications, employees have stayed up-to-date on occupational safety and environmental issues, while their awareness of these subjects has been significantly enhanced.9
