WOMEN’S DAY

At Sheraton Batumi Hotel we took an opportunity to recognize and thank all of our female colleagues for their
efforts and achievements. Together we can all Embrace Equity. Traditionally every year, on the 8th of March we
celebrate the power of being a woman and organize a lively reception for our dearest ladies where they are
thanked for their contribution and are given special gifts.

BLOOD DONATION

It is well known that one donation can save as many as three lives. Donating blood doesn’t just benefit recipients
but donors as well, because on top of the benefits that come from helping others it also improves the emotional and
physical health of the donor. Knowing the importance of this, on a yearly basis we organize Blood Donation which
is participated by the volunteer associate.

ASSOCIATES APPRECIATION WEEK

In May 2023, at Sheraton Batumi Hotel we celebrated Associates Appreciation Week to give thanks and recognition to our
employees. During the week each day in the staff cafeteria, the hotel team was provided with live stations and an open buffet
thematic lunch based on a particular country’s cuisine: Georgian, Turkish, Indian, European, and Fast Food. The cafeteria was
decorated according to the specific country to create an authentic ambiance that was highlighted with the most popular
music to, even more, elevate associates' moods. During the week team was thanked for their continuous dedication, hard
work, and loyalty to the hotel and for their efforts in guest recognition and satisfaction.
