ASSOCIATES OF THE MONTH AWARD

We celebrate the Associate of the Month Award every quarter and invite all nominees to a small gathering led by
the General Manager and Director of HR. Winners are announced and given a special bonus for their outstanding
performance. Our shining stars are served with sweets, juices, and traditional AOM cake prepared by the pastry team
with love.

JOBS FAIR

Sheraton Batumi Hotel enjoyed attending Jobs Fair organized by Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, where our
brilliant colleagues in HR had chance to speak with lots of students and graduates, giving career advice and discussing
potential job opportunities at Marriott International.

MANAGEMENT OUTING

In August 2023 the Sheraton Batumi Hotel management outing was organized to celebrate a successful high season
and acknowledge the continuous support, leadership, and efforts of everybody from the management team. It was a
perfect blend of getting together, having fun, and activating the Power of We – the main philosophy of Sheraton Brand,
meaning that success is teamwork, proper cooperation and coordination between departments, and of course mutual
efforts to achieve common goals.

FIRST AID TRAINING

The health and well-being of our precious guests and associates are of utmost importance for us. Every 2 years, we are
conducting First Aid Training for relevant associates including Duty Managers, and the security and technical team, to
have qualified first aiders and ensure prompt and professional aid in case of necessity. Conducted for Sheraton Batumi
employees. The training was led by an invited specialist and certificates were distributed at the end of the sessions.
