Exhibition

The Nurol Art Gallery continues working on the preparation of this year’s events. As a result
of our collaboration with the Department of Glass of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Eskişehir
Anadolu University, we hosted a successful exhibition in our gallery in March, during which
the works of 13 glass artists were on show.

In terms of production, the glass art is one of the most intricate of all the fine arts, but gives
the most impressive results. As Nurol Art Gallery, we try to host at least one glass exhibition
each year.

Our other event in March was the ArtAnkara Art Fair at the Congressium Fair Center, which
we attended with Sema ÇULAM, Hatice ARAS, Arzu KARCI, Sami GEDIK and Işıl ÖZIŞIK. The
event was a resounding success, both for our gallery and our artists.

The second exhibition was held in March, and was titled the Seven Special Artists Exhibition.
The exhibition hosted the most significant names from Turkey’s middle generation: Devrim
ERBIL, Ekrem ÖZEN, Habip AYDOĞDU, İbrahim ÖRS, Hanefi YETER, Serpil YETER and
Gültekin ÇIZGEN, and was one of the most significant exhibitions in Ankara. Füge DEMIROK

The Painting Exhibition of Toygun Orbay, whose works are regularly exhibited in our gallery
and who has amassed many admirers, was open for viewing throughout April.

Mehmet Emin ERDOĞDU, on the other hand, was our gallery’s guest for May. As a regular
exhibitor at our gallery, Mr. ERDOĞDU’s Olive Girls creations involving the design and painting
of olive trees, are both unique and successful, and very much appreciated by art enthusiasts.
In a father-daughter event, Reha and Perincan YALNIZCIK’s exhibition between mid-May
and mid-June attracted great attention.
The Nurolatölye (meaning NurolWorkshop) exhibition was the final event in June, where the
artworks created in our workshops were introduced to visitors to the gallery.
Our goal is to continue creating our works with great love and determination for many years
to come, and we invite every member of the Nurol Family and their guests to join us for
coffee when they find the time.
