• Command and Radar Vehicles as well as Sensor and CBRN Reconnaissance Vehicles for the Turkish Land Forces, and
Armoured Combat Vehicles for the General Command of Gendarmerie.
Remote Maintenance Solutions Are Now Available by FNSS
The Remote Maintenance Solutions, which FNSS developed with
its subcontractor, has gained a lot of attention in IDEF 2019. With
this system, the user on the field or in unreachable regions can call
the support center and easily access to technical service during
operations. This method enables the non-expert personnel to take
actions that require expertise by getting all the information they
need from an expert in the support center to solve complex and
critical problems.
Remote Maintenance Solutions aim to support field services by
incorporating smart goggles, tablets, laptops and other products
of the developing technology. The application enables real time
video and voice communication and simultaneous drawing options
anywhere with internet connection. The system supports sharing
technical drawings and files, which can be stored in the system to
create an online database accessible anytime. Smart goggles are
highly beneficial for the experts in the support center in terms of
closely following what the personnel are doing in the field, and
guiding them accordingly.
