Showcased its capabilities in IDEF 2019 which will

shape the future of land warfare

As FNSS, we have shown the land systems of the future
in IDEF 2019, which took place in Istanbul. IDEF has an
important place among all the exhibitions we attend since
Turkey is the home of FNSS. This year we showcased our
OTTER, KAPLAN MT, PARS III 8x8, AV-8 AENBCRV, PARS
III 6x6 SCOUT, KAPLAN STA, PARS 4x4 STA, MAV, TEBER
30 Turret, and Shadow Rider Vehicle Remote Control
Systems. In addition, we have also presented our R&D
capabilities and Integrated Logistic Support Services
(ILS). Highlighting cutting edge technologies on vehicle
design development and vehicle life cycle sustainability.
We have achieved several important successes during
IDEF 2019. We displayed the prototype of our new Marine
Assault Vehicle (MAV) for the first time, to meet the
amphibious armored vehicle needs of the Turkish Navy’s
Marine corps. The award ceremony for the winners of
the MILDESIGN 2019 International Land Vehicles Design
Competition also took place during IDEF. FNSS also
signed the serial production agreement of the KAPLAN
MT, which is our joint production with PT PINDAD for the
Indonesian Land Forces. Another agreement was also
signed with the Presidency of Defence Industries for the
design and serial production of 8x8 and 6x6 vehicles,
which will be delivered to the Turkish Land Forces and
Homeland Security.

IDEF‘19 will now be a reflection of 30 Years of Success
and show the rest of the world that we are ready for the
future. FNSS has always been in the service of those
protecting the homeland, and will keep on doing so into
the next 30 Years.
