sustainable development initiatives. Based on
these approaches, Nurol Holding issued the “Nurol
Holding’s Governance Standards” for Nurol Holding
and the Group Companies. We held the second
group meeting at the premises of Nurol’s TÜMAD
Çanakkale LAPSEKİ Gold Mine enterprise, during
which we examined the practices pertaining to
“Integrated Management System; community
relations, quality management, environmental
management, and occupational health and safety
management systems” on site. We also inspected
the gold casting process and planted the first
seedlings in the “Nurol Integrated Management
Systems Excellence and Sustainability Group
Memorial Forest”.

Furthermore, we paid our respects and remembered
with gratitude our Great Leader Gazi Mustafa
Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, and
the honorable martyrs who made history under the
motto “Çanakkale is unconquerable”, while turning
these lands into our homeland through their victory
in Çanakkale, at a highly impressive and meaningful
event hosted by TÜMAD. We held the third group
meeting at the premises of Nurol Teknoloji, where
the theme was “Innovation”, in reference to our
need to adapt ourselves to the changing conditions.
In connection with this theme, our companies
Nurol Teknoloji, FNSS, and Nurol Makina shared
with those in attendance the best practices applied
within their respective organizations.

We continue to organize workshops, meetings and
training sessions with the aim of professionalizing
our management units, all the while pursuing
sustainable development and excellence, with the
belief that we can carry our accomplishments to
the future through “Sustainable Development and
Excellence”.
