The decision to apply integrated management systems, including those related to quality, the environment, energy, information
security, and occupational health and safety is strategic for organizations, in that such systems help them enhance their
overall performance and provide a solid ground for sustainable development initiatives.

Applying management systems that are based on such fundamental mechanisms as directives, regulations, and standards
will provide us with such potential benefits as:

and quality assurance, the environment and OHS performance,

The Nurol Excellence and Sustainability Quality Management Group adopts the culture of excellence as a lifestyle, based on
a management approach that relies on integrated quality, environmental safety, and occupational health and safety, coupled
with sustainability as our primary goal.
With this in mind, we held our first meeting in 2018 at the premises of our subsidiary BNA where the theme was “Governance
- Ethical Values.” During the meeting, our subsidiaries BNA and FNSS shared the best practices applied within their own
organizations in connection with this theme.

”Making the best decisions while doing our jobs, an honest approach and a transparent working relationship” has gained
importance in management systems in that it boosts organizational performance and provides a solid foundation for
