Buildings for H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Nurol and Nakheel.
Bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Plot # C104 & C105, Sector
# E-48, Rawdhat, Abu Dhabi, UAE, includes the
construction, completion and maintenance of the
2 Residential Buildings including G+5, G+4 storey
buildings over two storey underground car park
structure with the Mechanical Rooms in top roof
for each building. Total Construction area is 21.878
m to be constructed in line with sustainable

building code of Estidama Perl 1 rating of Urban
Planning Council of Abu Dhabi.

n a challenging fast track construction period, the
construction works has started on September
I22nd,2014, and project to be completed
within 487 calendar days of duration including
mobilization, testing and commissioning works.
