Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Serviced Apartments Project
is located at the most prestigious location of
UAE Abu Dhabi, just opposite of the Emirates Palace
Hotel and shall be one of the landmark buildings
of Abu Dhabi with its unique Moroccan Style
design.

Nurol was engaged under a contract with
Emirates & Morocco Trading & General
Investment (EMROC) on 1st December 2009,
in which it was confirmed that Nurol would
proceed with the construction of two towers
including four basement car parks, swimming
pool, all MEP installations and utility works.

The date of the Letter of Acceptance was 04
November 2009; Commencement date was
15 November 2009 with 780 days’ time for
completion. Superstructure works were timely
completed as of end of 2011; whereas the
interior decoration works are in progress within
the framework of Ciient’s decisions/schedule
under the supervision of Jacobs International
Project Management Company and Surbana
Design Firms.

The Project consists of 4 basements with buildup
area of 48.000 m , podium with buildup area

of 31.000 m and two towers with buildup area

of 85.000 m . Total buildup area of the project

reaches to 164 000 m . Surrounding area subject

to landscaping shall be around 10.000m .

Podium floors, starting from ground floor to fifth
floor are planned for the common hotel facilities.
BAB Grand Lobby, All Day Dining, Fine Dining, Tea Rather than above, there is a Grand Ballroom with entertainment facility at 3rd and

Lounge are located at 1st floor level, Function
