Sustaining its position in the sector in 2012, Nurol
Real Estate Investment Trust has come to an agreement
in buying 4 real estate properties covering an area of
58.609.45 square meters, which administrative building
of Hürriyet Journalism and Printing Inc. is located in and
is known as Hürriyet Media Towers in the public opinion
and has bought those real estate properties in return for
127 million 500 thousand dollars on February 1 , 2012.

Land project, which has 277.435 square meters gross
construction site in total, is being rapidly designed
by Öncüoğlu Architecture and the land will be made
prepared by demolishing the existing buildings as from
July.

Nurol Real Estate Investment Co. Inc. has signed the final contract on May 17 , 2012 within the scope of cooperation model
based on the principle of “revenue sharing” with the beneficiaries of the land which is sized of 9.525,68 square meters and
located in Seyrantepe site, on Ayazağa Cendere Drive, İstanbul’s new in demand district. According to the contract, Nurol Real
Estate Investment Co. Inc. will hold 54% of the revenue. The project, whose construction permit was obtained on May 10 2012,
