Nurol Real Estate Investment Co. Inc. continues to expand with 3 different projects, the investments of which are to be
carried out simultaneously.

In 2011, Nurol Real Estate Investment Trust has bought Yıldız Technical University’s land in Şişli Çağlayan area which
belonged to Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) in return for 111.8 million TL by submitting the highest
bid in the tender. Construction of our project “Nurol Tower”, which has approximately 150 million dollars investment value
in total, commenced on November 2011. It is seen that the project, for which the book-building has started, already attracts
great interest.

Including its design, the project to be realized is located in one of the most important commercial centres of İstanbul. As
a result of the tender granted to us, our project is carried out as a complete NUROL Group investment in the land purchased
within the scope of the contract signed with TOKI.

The project comprises of different areas of utilization such as residence, office, and business. Total construction site is
75.000 square meter.
