46.000 m² FINAL FACILITY OF OUR FACTORY IS READY

Construction works to move our Nurol Gulf WLL factory built in Qatar Doha,
subsequent to Al Shaqap Academy Steel Works Project, to its final location is
completed.

Facility is built on total area of 46.000 m² with indoor space of 19.000 m². Our
facility is the biggest and most advanced facility of Qatar for steel construction and
industrial buildings.

THE BIGGEST PAINT SHOP IN THE COUNTRY

Our facility has 26 overhead, 4 mono rail and 2 portal cranes and is equipped with
state of the art CNC controlled machines, automatic box and profile assembly and
welding lines, the most advanced surface preparation machines which are biggest
in its class, various hydraulic presses and lathes, many different types of welding ma-
chines, none-destructive testing equipment and high technology machine tools.
The planned annual capacity of our facility is 15.000 tons. Having the biggest paint
shop in Qatar is another unique characteristic of our Nurol Gulf WLL factory. In this
5,000 m² paint shop we not paint our own production but also able to respond to
surface preparation and paint application request from the market place.
