NUROL RESIDENCE BATUMI THE CITY’S NEW
CONSTRUCTION MIRACLE

Nurol, a Turkish-based construction company, says that
construction works of the Nurol Residence, a residential
complex in the Black Sea resort town of Batumi, has been
completed. The Residence is ready for move-in today.

Located downtown, in the heart of the city between the
Sheraton Batumi and Radisson Blue Batumi hotels, Nurol
Residence is a 10 storey building, mainly a residential complex
with 54 apartments spread over 6000 sqm.

The company has already placed some units and offıce
space up for rent and for sale on the market. The space for
apartments starts from net 48 sqm (gross 59 sqm) up to net
123 sqm (gross 146 sqm). The average price for the residences
is 2,500 $/sqm.

“The main vision behind building the Nurol Residence
Batumi was to provide people a new lifestyle and to provide
them with modern and high quality products” said Ömer
İlknur, the Project Manager of Nurol Residence Batumi in an
interview with Georgia Today.

“All of our apartments are in ready-to-use condition and the
buyer will enjoy the comfort of living here. The earthquake
safe mat foundation, reinforced concrete shear walls and
industrial formwork systems were also utilized for the
complex. The customers are guaranteed that the building
will have sound insulated floating screed between the floors”
he added.
