What kind of advantages might be created by the
                  big group you participated which has a significant
                  background as Nurol?
                  Nurol’s experience, quality and professionalism
                  supported us a lot. We worked hard in Batumi but
                  our friends in Nurol and Turser provided us all kinds
                  of support and logistic from Ankara day and night.
                  Besides, Nurol’s team came to Batumi often and
                  provided considerable support; I like to take this
                  opportunity to thank them a lot.


                  Naturally, Starwood’s support played a big role in
                  contribution for establishing a team, training, setting
                  up systems and establishing a new hotel into service.
                  I also would like to thank Starwood teams for their
                  commitment and support. Backed by two giants;
                  Nurol and Starwood, we opened our hotel in a short
                  time like two months on 1 April 2010.  We have been
                  continuing to work with this support.


                  What are your expectations in 2011?
                  2011 shall be our first complete year.  In 2010 we
                  experienced a nine months background and adaptation
                  period. 2011 shall be better and  more productive
                  as we already have a Batumi experience and more
                  trained staff, on the other hand we know the country
                  and product better by now, we are recognized better
                  in Georgia and neighboring countries as well.

                  We appreciate. Finally do you have any message
                  for our readers?
                  I would like to see all our readers visiting this
                  cute city of Black Sea and experience Batumi and
                  our property for themselves where, great climate,
                  casinos, night life  and friendly people, and to visit
                  Sheraton Batumi, the white star of Black Sea, with
                  its excellent amenities.
