The %u201cSen Ol%u201d program provides interns with the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice while also helping them develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Interns gain real-world work experience by joining departments aligned with their areas of interest, equipping them to enter the professional world with greater confidence and competence. More than just enhancing professional knowledge and skills, the %u201cSen Ol%u201d program offers a unique experience in personal development, laying a solid foundation for their future careers.Launched in 2022, the Innovation Together program has touched the lives of over 500 students to date. Now in its 12th group, it continues to support young talents on their career journeys. As an open innovation platform that champions diversity and creativity, Innovation Together brings together students from all corners of T%u00fcrkiye, with the aim of shaping the future.
