THE INSIDE OUT EFFECT Behnam Tabrizi is a renowned thought leader for his studies on
organizational and leadership transformation. As a professor
at Stanford University, Tabrizi's primary goal is to share his
knowledge with 100 million people. His book, "The Inside-Out
Effect," serves as a manifesto for achieving this objective.
I'm sure we're all aware, as a common aspect of being human,
there are a lot of thoughts and loops in our minds. Despite
feeling like we're free, many of us are actually confined by our
own thoughts without even recognizing them.
As I read through every page of “The Inside-Out Effect,” I found
myself contemplating, “What truly inspires me, regardless
of external factors or even my own thoughts?” I wanted to
showcase my "superpowers," as Behnam Tabrizi calls them, to
Seval Hilal İNTAŞ everyone I collaborate with. I had the opportunity to realize
Nurol Holding Corporate that the unhappiness I experience is created by myself, not
         Communications Specialist by others.

Similar to a cookbook, this book takes readers on a journey
of discovering solutions to bridge the gap between ourselves
and our organizations through a simple triadic framework:
                                                              KNOW, BE, LEAD!

The first chapter delves into self-awareness. It begins with
questions such as "When was the last time you said yes to
a new experience?" prompting introspection and writing
down responses. It underscores, through examples, that mere
knowledge does not lead to transformation.

The second chapter poses the question, "Who am I?" It
empowers us to embrace our authenticity fully, to navigate
life as our true selves, and to make our voices heard.

In the third chapter, things get a bit more complicated. After
all this questioning, perhaps it offers us a moment to pause,
to remind us that we are human beings. That we don't need
to know perfectly who we are and that we don't have to be
                                                              perfect to lead.

“Sometimes, people within the same organization, having
interacted for years, may never truly know each other due to
superficial relationships," says Behnam Tabrizi. Therefore, he
underscores the importance of authenticity, advocating for
showing up genuinely and sharing oneself with others as the
                                                              primary path in our journey.

being reminded that leadership is rooted in the core of a
