Nurol Teknoloji, one of the world's leading manufacturers of advanced technical ballistic
ceramics, has strengthened its leadership in advanced technical ceramic technologies with
the acquisition of German ceramic raw material producer Industriekeramik Hochrhein (IKH).

Our achievements, including Nurol Teknoloji's inclusion in Türkiye's Top 500 Exporters list,
the second prize for Innovation awarded by the Turkish Exporters Assembly, and FNSS's
ranking among the top 50 in R&D expenditures according to the Türkiye R&D 250 survey,
have been recognized with awards that confirm the pioneering role and innovative approach
of our companies in the sector.

In November 2023, FNSS facilities hosted the delivery ceremony for the 300th vehicle under
the STA (Weapon Carrier) Project led by the Defense Industry Agency (SSB). Additionally, our
company successfully launched the innovative Kaplan Hybrid vehicle at IDEF 2023.

Nurol İnşaat, leveraging its extensive technical expertise and highly qualified team, has
secured the tender for designing and constructing the Targu Mureş-Targu Neamt motorway
in Romania. This project, financed by European Union Funds, marks a significant milestone in
further solidifying our company's position in Europe.

The Eğiste Hadimi Viaduct project, led by Nurol İnşaat, demonstrated its excellence by
winning the "Quality Management" category at the International Road Federation's (IRF)
Global Road Achievement Awards in 2023. Nurol İnşaat, consistently ranked among the
world's top 250 international contractors, continues to build on its impressive track record.
Additionally, our innovative approaches in the tourism sector have been recognized with the
prestigious "Top Performer: Digital Guest Experience - Luxury" award for Lugal Ankara Hotel,
further highlighting our commitment to exceptional service quality on an international level.

The support provided by Tümad Madencilik in education, training, and community
development continues uninterrupted. We enhance our understanding and approach to
sustainable and responsible mining through best practices in environmental protection,
