                  Designed and developed by FNSS engineers in partnership with PT Pindad, a public corporation in Indonesia, to meet
                  the Indonesian National Armed Forces’ demand for a modern medium-weight tank concept, the Kaplan MT was used by
                                                                                                                     nd
                  the Indonesian Army in the military parade organized on 5 October in Cilegon city, on the occasion of the 72  National
                  Armed Forces Day.
                  With the contract signed in 2014, PT Pindad and FNSS Defense Systems had decided to work jointly on the production
                  medium-weight tanks, under the auspices of the Ministries of Defense of both countries.
                  Kaplan MT is the first tank class vehicle to be exported by the Turkish defense industry.
