Marina City Project is a part of the National Investment Cooperation (NIC) development at Abu Dhabi Marina
region, which covers 144 hectares area of Abu Dhabi.

Total construction area of the project exceeds 123.000 m that has designed and supervised by Atkins, which
includes total 67 luxury villas and 4 block of each 8 storey buildings over 2 storey common podiums, which
consisting of 208 residential housing units including open and closed car parks, swimming pools, children
playgrounds and common living spaces constructing and administrating according to the sustainability and
renewable construction and material principles of 2 Perl Sustainable Building Certificate.
While almost all rough construction of villas and residential buildings are completed successfully, finishing works
are processing at the pick to complete the works by January 2017.
