KİĞI DAM and HEPP

The manufacturing and installation of Hydro
mechanical Equipment of the Construction of Kiğı
Dam and HEPP that is located in the Bingöl Province
as a DSİ investment with 180 MW installed power,
is carried out by NUROL ÇELİK. The said Hydro
mechanical Equipment works, of which 92 % were
completed, are in progress, and at the beginning of
2016 water will be retained in the dam. The annual
production of the Dam will be 650 GWh.
Within the scope of the work, there are;
• Radial gates and embedded elements,
• Gate lifting assembly and control assemblies,
• Bottom outlet valves & gates and control
mechanisms,
• Switchyard and cable channel steel structures
• Penstock and its steel supports,
• Gantry crane of power house & portal cranes.

UPPER KALEKÖY DAM and HEPP

Upper Kaleköy Dam and HEPP, located on Murat river at Bingöl, is being
realized under the investment of Kalehan Energy Production and Trade
BEYHAN 1 DAM and HEPP Inc. at the time of completion. The total installed power of the plant

will be 625 MW and the annual production amount will be 1.505 GWh.
The fabrication and installation of Hydro-mechanical Equipment are
performed by NUROL STEEL, and approximately 55 % of the Power
Plant is already completed.
Within the scope of the work, there are;

• Spillway stop logs, embedded elements and lifting beam,
• Spillway radial gates, embedded elements and lifting assembly,
• Energy inlet grates, service gates, cofferdam gates and embedded
elements,
• Power House inlet pipe covers, embedded elements and gate
lifting assemblies,
• Penstock and its accessories, 6.400 mm, 2.200 mm,
• Butterfly valve,
• Conic valve,
• Gantry cranes,
• Sluice outlet sliding valve and
• Cooling water system.
