Bab Al Qasr Hotel “ Serviced Apartments Project is located at the
        most prestigious and prime location of Abu Dhabi, just opposite
        of the Emirates Palace Hotel and Jumeirah Etihad Towers which
        can also be considered as one of the landmark buildings of Abu
        Dhabi with its unique Moroccan Style design.
        Nurol signed the Contract with Emirates and Morocco Trading &
        General Investment Company (EMROC) to construct a twin high
        rise towers, one consisting of residential building and the other
        one hotel, both connected with Sky Bridge and constructed over
        a common podium floor and underground car park structures.

        Although superstructure works of the Project were completed
        on time, within the stipulated  construction period of 780
        calendar days, the Provisional Interior Decoration Works are still
        in progress within the framework of Client’s revised construction
        program, under the management of M/s. Jacobs International
        Project Management Company. The Structural and Architectural
        Design and Supervision are under M/s. Surbana, and the Project
        is expected to be completed the at the middle of 2016.

        “Bab  Al  Qasr”,  which  means  the  “Gate  of  Palace”  in  Arabic,
        is  consisting of  four  underground  car  park  structures, with  a

        construction area of 48,000m , over which laying the 31,000m
        common podium structure, consisting retail areas and offices,
        and two high rise towers of 85,000m . The total construction

        area of the Project reaches to 164,000m , in addition to over
        10,000m  of hard and soft landscaping areas.

        Podium floors, starting from ground floor to fifth floor are
        allocated for the common Hotel facilities:
        Ground floor is mostly reserved for Main Kitchen and for
        the facilities related to Kitchen, where the Reception, Grand
        Lobby, Swimming Pool, All Day Dining, Fine Dining, Tea Lounge
        are located at 1  floor level, Function Rooms and Gourmet

        Entertainment Facilities at 3  and 4  floors, and Male & Female
        SPA and EMROC’s Offices are located at 4  and 5th floors.

        The Hotel and Apartment Towers consist of 36 typical floors,
        plus lower roof, lift machine, fan, water tank room and upper
        roof levels.
        The Hotel Tower contains 412 high end keys for Millenium Group
        of Hotels,and  the Apartment Tower contains 265 residential
        keys, as detailed below:
