North Infrastructure

Works Project

n addition to our Zone-1 Villas Project, Nurol LLC, has also
accomplished the infrastructure work in the Jumeirah Village
North Region. Within the scope of this project, comprised
of the realization of Jumeirah Park Northern Residential
IDistrict Infrastructure works of which employer is Nakheel
PJSC, the turn-key of all urban infrastructure works (roads,
sidewalks, street lighting, irrigation, sewerage, water lines,
pumping stations, electrical substations etc.) across a 400
hectare land accommodating 2.760 villas was made. The project
was successfully completed in the 3rd quarter of 2013.
